Cancellation and refunds.
Clear, humane rules so that both sides can plan the work properly.

Rescheduling
You may move an appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed start time, using the link in your confirmation email or by writing to office@the-lighthouse-project.com.
Late cancellation and missed appointments
Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment, and appointments not attended, are charged in full. The time has been reserved for you and cannot usually be given to someone else at short notice. In cases of acute illness, bereavement or emergency we will always look for a fair solution.
Late arrival
Sessions end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the remaining time is used and the full fee applies.
Programmes
Programmes are booked as a whole. Individual sessions within a programme may be rescheduled under the rules above. If you withdraw after the programme has begun, sessions already delivered and the session in the current 48-hour window are charged; remaining unused sessions are refunded.
If we cancel
If we must cancel, you will be offered a new appointment at the earliest opportunity or a full refund of anything paid for that appointment.
How refunds are made
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method within ten business days. Payment provider fees on refunded transactions are not charged to you.
Consumer withdrawal rights
Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer, it applies as provided by the law of your country of residence. By booking an appointment that falls within the withdrawal period, you ask us to begin the service during that period and accept that the right lapses once the service has been fully performed. Contact office@the-lighthouse-project.com to exercise a withdrawal right.
